The Supreme Court on Monday maintained an Election Tribunal's verdict regarding Raees Mehboob Ahmed's success in 2013 general election and dismissed a petition seeking disqualification of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) from PP-289 Rahimyar Khan V constituency. The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali disposed of the case filed by Mian Muhamamd Aslam by maintaining Election Tribunal verdict.
